  I put 3 stars. When the minimum should be 4. My 3 is for some things of some of the staff. My complaint is because that sanatorium is very poor. Few nursing staff, cleaning staff and staff in general. While a family member was hospitalized there, there were days that the bathroom was not cleaned, let alone the room. When you asked for help with basic things, if there weren't two nurses they couldn't help you. You had to wait. Very little communication in the fact that the staff entered the room and did not introduce themselves and did not tell what was going to be done to the patient, many times scaring them because they threw water in their face directly because they were going to bathe them. All very sad. Very dehumanized. Hopefully one day that will change because we are all going to need your services at some point in our lives.

  My aunt was hospitalized several times, terrible care, if those who claim to be health professionals, doctors and nurses, are not trained to care for patients or cannot do their job, please dedicate themselves to something else.

  Shameful and above all LAMENTABLE the care provided in the sanatorium. The nurses don't pay you even 5 attention, the administration is really a shame, I've never seen so little desire to work. The lucky doctor showed up 2 times in 12 days. The hygiene of the room is horrible. They even made us pay for the surgical gown and the threads, having social insurance that covers everything in theory. They do not take charge of the ambulance transfers nor of managing them. The disorganization at the institutional level that they manage is totally unacceptable in a place that is supposed to be dedicated to people's health.

  Lousy Nefarious attention. From the receptionists at the entrance to the doctor on night shift with a "Corrientes" tune. Bad answers; disorganization; lack of staff, among others. 0% Recommended.
