  Until the last moment I refused to go there, but since I was feeling really bad over the weekend, I accepted and really confirmed my theory that this institution works worse and worse. Not only do they make you wait forever to be seen on duty (since there is only one doctor) but the nurses spend their time chatting with the secretary at the reception desk, watching you writhe in pain. Not to mention the extremely precarious facilities. That reflects mismanagement by those in charge. We cannot at this time have a sanatorium in which they do not have modern equipment, equipment such as several stretchers and/or wheelchairs. If there was the possibility of putting less stars I would do it without hesitation. Anyway. I was never treated for giving priority to people who arrived later. Shameful.

  My mother was recently discharged, she is in perfect condition. Thank you very much for the dedication and patience of the nurses, the secretaries are super loving, excellent attention and containment of Doctors Barazotto and Colica, both fabulous. There are always things to improve, such as more staff on duty and telephone operators, adding a means of direct contact, be it through a WhatsApp number or an online shift. Thanks for the attention.

  The worst health center in Alta Gracia and that almost all of them are bad. They have the phone painted because they never answer, you have to go there to take the shift and they make you waste the whole morning on top of it, if you manage to get a professional to attend to you, they diagnose anything and minimize the symptoms. All this without counting that they are on trial because they had an older adult chained in hospital. They would have to close that place.

  I deeply regret that this sanatorium, after 18 years of leaving Alta Gracia, and after the "modernizations" that have been made at the building level, the facilities are so bad. The rooms are still the same niches for the dead from 30 years ago, the only thing that has changed is the old beds for ones made of injected plastic, but leaving the same mattresses of yesteryear. The rooms do not have a private bathroom, the hospitalized and recently operated must walk with the natural pain, post intervention, and with surgery gowns through the corridors, being potentially infected with intra-hospital diseases, and not to mention showing their back exposed to that everyone can be a spectator in the audience of said act. They do not have stretcher bearers, the nurses do the same, and the pre- and post-operated patients walk around the waiting room in view of relatives and non-relatives, since it does not have a secondary selective traffic access out of reach of people outside the this event. The access ramp to the operating rooms must have been designed by an architect who only made models at the faculty and surely paid for the title. A very acute angle, without breaks, that transforms it into an inclined plane of extremely hard effort when pushing a stretcher or a wheelchair by personnel who have been trained for health, not to be a blood-drawn animal. They sell a totally inoperative television service, and very few personnel to cover activities how are you. A positive and operational management is needed to build this center. There is no evolution. And it is not a public center. If there were less stars, I would definitely go for that option.

  The worst attention. Physicians who do not carry out a clinical history. Lack of communication between them. The studies they perform, such as ultrasound or tomography, do not have the reports. After 13 days hospitalized, they did not give me a diagnosis. The nurses a separate paragraph. Excellent and with great human capacity. The worst is the body of surgeons.
