::Administrative management is a total disaster. The attention and performance of the receptionists, especially from Florence, a shame! My father had recently undergone surgery and the doctor had already informed us that he should remain in that same place until the following day for observation. After a couple of hours this girl calls us to tell us that he could be transferred to the sanatorium from which my father had been transferred. We were surprised but we trust her. Question that I manage the transfer to another Sanatorium without having the discharge authorized by the doctor!! The paramedics arrived to take him away and she did not have any authorization to take him out!! When we asked her, she answered that she "supposed" that she could already transfer him because my old man was fine. How is it possible for that to happen? Nobody supervises what these girls manage? They bully everyone. They tell you one thing and then take it back. They make you go from here to there with the paperwork, you call them asking for something and none of them knows anything, none of them gives you a concrete answer. Those patients like my old man trust the Sanatorium service and unfortunately they have quite inefficient and above all irresponsible people working!!
