  It had a good service but unfortunately they go backwards. Of three booths for self-consultation, one was used by the cloakroom security guard, another was with orange cones and a plastic chain. And the only one that worked, had no paper to print on. And when you ask the staff, they respond reluctantly and if you don't like the answer they tell you "There you have the complaint book". Regrettable

  ATMs are generally enabled and with cash available. Customer service leaves a little to be desired, depending on the problem they solve it the first time but for complicated things it can be a problem... the biggest problem with this place is usually the number of people who come to it, it usually gets quite crowded and there may be long delays both in ATMs and in customer service.

  The bank fell a lot of level in recent years. If you go to the branch it takes more than an hour for them to attend to you. Telephone service is provided by people who are not trained and do not have accurate information. Finally, the bank does not offer attention by mail, which increases the degree of bureaucracy.
