::The bank's slogan should be that of the great RenĂ© Lavand âYou couldn't slow downâ. They get paid not to hurry apparently... and the phone or chat service is the worst there is. They are the non-solution to queries and problems, they tell you anything and on top of that they contradict themselves. I had Citibank and it was a luxury. When Santander bought retail banking, it destroyed everything.
