I never received any email or notification explaining the reason for granting my data and allowing them to give me a discount on insurance that I never contracted for 3 years and 4 months. The same thing happened to me with credit cards. I do not recommend them, not even being the only bank in the universe. Pathetic attention and complicity in transactions that end up robbing the client. Too bad I don't have the name of the person who attended me today, but I'll go find out as soon as I can and I'll make a complaint to the bank president.
