  Incompetence in scheduling public service hours. HOW TO EXPLAIN THAT IN PEAK TIME, ON KEY DATES BEFORE THE PARTY, THE BANK IS CLOSED FOR WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS BY PROSEGUR ... LEAVING CUSTOMERS UNDER THE SUN WAITING OUTSIDE.? !!! WHOEVER MANAGES THIS PROCEDURE OR DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER OR DOES NOT GIVE HIM THE HEAD ... THEY MUST MAKE THE WITHDRAWALS AFTER 3 PM AND NOT AT 1 PM !!!!! I'm already thinking about changing banks, I got tired of the great gap between pure marketing and little respect for customers.
