  Bad advice, attention and resolution of INTERNAL ERRORS of the Bank. None of the advisors we contacted gives a real solution to the problem, since the mistake was made by the bank when assigning a policy from another company and with less coverage to the vehicle we bought. They say that we must wait until May 15 to request any change, obviously the payment of the fee must be made previously. They still want us to pay for a policy that we didn't ask for. The truck cannot be used because it does not have an ALL RISK insurance as requested by the agency on the day of purchase. WILL BANCO SANTANDER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PARTIAL DAMAGES TO THE UNIT IF I HAVE AN INCIDENT IN WHICH MY VEHICLE IS DAMAGED? The truth is that as a consumer you do not have access to anyone giving you a real solution, only excuses? Even if there is a generen if it is not to solve this type of ERRORS, AND I WRITE IT WITH CAPITAL LETTERS because this was a bank ERROR. Now if I get confused and pay less than the installment in 30 days I have accrued interest and more debt. In this case, who is going to answer for my damage? .. I INVITE YOU TO EVALUATE HOW THIS BANK RESOLVES CLAIMS AND THINK IF YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE ITS SERVICES. I NEVER AGAIN.

  Horrible experience. I spent a whole morning waiting for someone to answer me by phone to make a claim and cancel the account. To cancel the account you have to climb Mount Everest 10 times and then you can do it. You end up being a hostage to these corporations. Not recommendable!!!!
