  All morning I called the branch phone and they never answered me, yesterday the cashier did not read the bills and it does not reflect my card payment, that's why I called. I can't get attention from that branch

  It is the worst branch in the entire province, every day they have problems with ATMs and self-service, it has 4 self-service terminals of which only one always works outside of bank hours. It is the only bank where time is money is not applied since if it were so!! They would be thieves. For a simple deposit more than an hour!!!

  Lack of claims management systems and solutions to problems generated by their own policies. N° of claim in defense of the consumer of the Nation: 259255, N° of claim in the internal system of the Santander bank: 61697439. Please solve it as soon as possible, I have been a client for 8 years and what they did to me is a total lack of systems this week.
