::Very complete center exclusively for members of Swiss Medical, offering most of the benefits, and in my particular case that I went to appointments for dentistry, they attended me quite quickly and I left satisfied. Ppr another side is a center that has state-of-the-art equipment, which ensures the quality of the studies that one must carry out.

::The organization is a disaster, you take a shift to 3 months and when the time comes they cancel it and tell you to take another one that they don't do... they have to minimally reschedule you and with a close date, a shame what they charge and the lousy attention they provide have.

::The worst thing is to get a turn, impossible. The best thing is the attention of reception and its professionals, whenever you can get a shift. Many times I wonder if the funds that I allocate to the prepaid are well invested, since I cannot cover all the medical needs of my family, having to resort to private, of which the full refund is not recognized.

::Two months ago I took an appointment for general dentistry. The attention with the dentist lasted 5 minutes and he directed me to take shifts to make small repairs. I have to take the next shift through the app, starting next month shifts are enabled for another 3 months. It just seems embarrassing to me.

::Terrible attention. Terrible service. And this is not a one-time complaint. Nor "only those who had problems complain." Really almost every experience is a bad experience with Swiss Medical. At the reception, everyone pel 0 tu de ando while people crowd waiting. Doctors: they all take a long time to attend. I understand doctors are exploited and mistreated, but that's not why we, the clients we pay, have to pay. Cut off the monster's head then! But the reality is that swiss medical is lousy. Very lousy.
