  It is useless to have an administrative branch if one cannot approach to consult. The door is closed, they don't attend and if they do, they tell you that there is a post for administrative procedures with a shift and consultations cannot be made.

  Very bad attention. They don't answer emails and they don't answer the phone. It is always busy and if you leave your phone to be called they never do. Besides that, the information they give you is wrong. In short, the service is terrible. I do not recommend it.
