  This is such a cozy place! We loved the welcome drink! The food was good. They have a variety of tea choices and delicious desserts.

  Surprisingly authentic feel considering this is a chain with several spots throughout the city. Food is perfect for a hot day, but can sometimes taste a bit boring. Staff were more interested in each other than in serving the table.

  The food is good quality. But I don't understand why they have raised the prices so much. It's too expensive to dinner and it's just a tea house. I think they're over their heads and little.

  Slow service. Boring music at high level of volume. Dirty covers for couches. Internet goes on and off.

  Uptight experience. Good food yet you immediately long to leave. Restrooms with leaking faucets are signature.
