::We had already had very good experiences in the place that is in the shopping Plaza mza and we thought that this place would not be the exception. But it was really very disappointing. We ordered 1 tea with two croissants and 1 tea with ONE toast with scrambled egg. A simple request, which unfortunately took a little more than HALF AN HOUR TO ARRIVE AT THE TABLE. We checked to see if the order was missing even more and the local girls really responded to us in a very derogatory way. It was also very disappointing that only one slice of bread came for a bowl of scrambled eggs. More than anything for the price. We really left feeling that we overpaid for a service that was not up to par. The positive is that the few waiters who were working were very warm and the products they offer are very good. But it doesn't help if the employees aren't up to the task. I saw that it is something very recurrent in the Palmares store.

::The place is very nice and comfortable and the things I ordered were very tasty, however the attention is very bad. They take too long, more than 20 minutes for someone to come to take the order, my table was never cleaned from previous customers. A pity because the gastronomic proposal is good.

::Although the place is very nice... And there are a lot of people... the attention was very slow!!! I visited during the week, few people and even so I waited half an hour... The loose tea was delicious... The cheesecake too!!!

::We went for breakfast, very satisfied. We ordered some black bread toast (you can ask for white or mixed) with homemade plum and peach jams and also cream cheese. Very delicious! We also ordered healthy (yogurt with granola and fruit), it seemed a little abundant. And we accompany it with tea (matcha green) that we asked to share but when they brought it to us it was only the cup, we would have liked to be told before bringing it so we asked for another. In any case, we would return without hesitation. Very nice place and setting
