  Lousy attention. The nurses and doctors are not the least bit concerned about the patient's health, or they are not trained or they are only interested in not having to fulfill their oath when they receive their degree. Whatever you have, they refer you to your house without any interest. Not to mention the boarding schools, they don't help them eat, they don't bathe them, they don't sanitize them, they don't give them the prescribed medication. Do not go to this PDU, go to the Pacheco hospital where you will be treated as you deserve. Fake nurses and doctors, incompetent, bad people, do not fulfill their obligation. Disastrous UDP.

  On Saturday afternoon I entered the PDU to be treated for an acute problem , from that moment I was treated in an extraordinary way , the performance of the staff as well as the containment in difficult moments is admirable and worthy of mention , I have had social work and I have been treated in different "private" clinics, but I have never received the treatment and professional display like the one I received in the almost 24 hours that I was hospitalized and to be even fairer I must say, with absolute honesty, that all the people who were treated in the same period as me received the same dedication and concern, I have seen professionals and assistants from all areas work non-stop, putting their back and chest to the different emergencies, a staff prepared in every way to face a reality that many are unaware of or insist on criticizing. I have nothing but words of gratitude, admiration and respect for the staff in all areas, a wonderfully human and professional staff, worthy of the best private medical centers, I am sorry I do not know the names of each one of them but their efforts will be saved in my memory forever. Surely there is always the possibility that many times things do not turn out the way you want because they are beyond what is possible or logical or unpredictable, but that does not take away from the effort that the staff makes on a daily basis, in the different shifts.   Very bad attention. I took my 6-year-old son because he had a fever of 39 and the doctor who treated me asked me: just for that reason do you bring him? , then he tells me that if after 3 days he continues with the same symptoms, then just take him. So my son has to have a convulsion to be treated. The truth is that attention is a shame. I had to take my son to another hospital where he was given proper care.
