  I attended on duty, a doctor treated me very badly (I understand that it must be tiring like any job and dealing with people is usually very complicated) but I think it is not justified since I approached kindly and with respect as it should be, I arrived with a fever, a cough and a severe headache, he only prescribed paracetamol for the fever and he told me that he could not give me a diagnosis (doubtful), it is the first time they have told me that and I will go immediately, it is not the first time I see myself in the living room since I'm from the neighborhood and they never treated me well, mine is nothing I go to another center and that's it but I'm worried about the people who go with more serious emergencies, msg for the doctors try to be more empathic but dedicate yourselves to something else because the sick are not to blame for the career they chose.

  Very doubtful attention. I went twice, two days in a row and both times I found myself at the door with a security person who did not let me pass. The last one caught my attention because it informed me that they were not attending because they did not have a system. When I consulted him again about the situation, he told me in a bad way to call before going (there is no chance that they will attend). From what I understand, it is a unit at the service of the party's neighbors and that we are treated like this leaves much to be desired.

  We arrived with my sister-in-law, (I addressed myself with respect at all times) and when I asked how the system was (if they took turns or if we should enter) they told me in a rude way "wait". Then they began to take the data, and far from approaching the door they shouted from inside "How?! What?!. Later, when they made my companion come in, (at 00:30 am, she was tired from the work day and feeling bad) when she entered she forgot to clean her feet and the cleaning man made an unpleasant gesture and the security man commented "and What do you want? What do you want? Tell me where you come from and I'll tell you who you are" (disparaging/discriminating against the place where my sister-in-law belonged, making assumptions for no reason) and after that she added "and tell me who's with you and I'll tell you too" ( referring to my person again drawing conclusions) The truth is understandable for all of us that work tires us, but if you are working in places of public attention, it is precisely a matter of having a little tact and empathy
