::Hotel needs updating, bathrooms are old and in bad shape. Not enough toiletry or towels were available when asked they didn't respond to service. Front desk was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL, They refused to work with us on a booking discrepancy and they haven't provided an invoice two weeks after our stay!

::An actual three-star hotel on the lower end. As other reviewers have pointed out, it desperately needs a refurbishment. That said, the location is handy and the cleaning staff are polite. The wifi is too slow if you need to use it for work. Laundry/ironing services are outsourced and incredibly enough, the hotel only accepts cash as payment method for those services. Rooms are not soundproof at all, which may be annoying considering the location. No ironing table or kettle available in the room.

::Worst experience I've ever had! We booked with booking.com which said no credit card and prepayment needed. We arrived at 1pm they told us we need to wait 2 hours which was no problem for Check in, than after the 2 hours they told us they only accept credit cards.... We told them in booking it literally says no credit card needed but they didn't care and told us to either pay with credit card or look for another hotel... So we looked for another hotel... Really bad service they could've told us that when we arrived but they rather wasted our time...

::The only perfect issue with the hotel is the location Otherwise don't worth the money you spent on the accommodation. It's NOT 4 stars hotel but 3 stars hotel The pillows are old and the sheets are itchy The bed is not comfortable, the balcony access is inconvenient and don't have any chairs at all , the walls are so thin that you can hear everyone who walks into the hall the TV doesn't work at all.

::CREDIT CARD FRAUD WARNING: Don't pay with international credit card! At check-in they make a paper copy of your card (which is forbidden), and roughly one month after checkout you will find several hundreds of US Dollars charged from your card. CUIDADO FRAUDE DE TARJETA DE CREDITO!
