  The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The problem is that the rooms do not have heating systems. So they rely on the air conditioning to provide heat and it is not sufficient. Therefore, the rooms are very cold during winter. Besides that the bathroom was extremely cold as well. When I went there, the breakfast space was under construction. They decided to take the breakfast to the rooms and it was just plain bad. With the given factors I say this is a 3 star hotel and I do not recommend it.

  This place have a nice desing with taste. It's located in Belgrano, near to "Del Libertador" Av. next to Palermo and it's nightlife. Rooms with minimalist desing but with plenty and modern space, open balcony, pillow variety, kitchenette with utensils. Great for work and relax. Breakfast is included.

  Muy lindo el hotel. Súper limpio. El personal muy amable y predispuesto. Desayuno completo. Tendrían que repensar el tema de las cocheras, muy poca cantidad e incomodas. El resto 👌

  Modern and urban decor, clean rooms, great customer service and a good daily breakfast make this a great choice for those looking for a hotel far away from downtown BA but still well located close to Palermo and Belgrano attractions (great restaurants nearby, metro station is only 10 blocks away). There aren't other facilities such as swimming pool or fitness center but we loved our experience spending a week there. Parking is available with additional cost.
