  Impresentables, les falta muchísimo para llamarse "empresa". No atienden nunca, el servicio es deplorable, Los envíos tardan muchísimo en entregarse. No se pueden retirar en las oficinas, no hay respuesta alguna. PESIMO!!!!! Dedíquense a otra cosa!

  Horrible service. Every time Mercado Libre assigns me a package with this company, I end up with complaints and delays. This time (like all the previous ones) the shipment said it would arrive today... All day I was at home...they never came. AND ON TOP THEY PUT "WE ALREADY VISITED THE HOME AND THERE WAS NOBODY." what a rant The phone, fine, thanks. They don't answer at any time. I hope this company never touches me again. 0 stars

  If I had known in advance that the purchase I made was going to be sent through this company, I would have agreed to another service. They have the telephone number of the branch here as an ornament because they never answered me. From the central he tells me that they have the same number as me, that they cannot communicate in any other way. I ask for information from the central office and they tell me the same thing that I can see in the follow-up I made a purchase on April 29, on May 5 the product arrives at the branch, we are at 9 with no signs that they can come today to drop off the product. I call the central office to see if I can pick it up but they tell me no, that first I have to have missed 2 visits from the postman to be able to pick it up, and that the postman may still take up to 96 more business hours to start the delivery route. Very poor, and the excuse of not communicating with a branch is illogical. Terrible service.
