  This is a re-review of the place 1 year after. The place still incredible this time we stayed in the presidential suite which is absolutely astonishing, everything screams luxury in the suite, from the wooded walls to the all marble bathroom with an exceptional jacuzzi. The staff of this place is great aswell, really helpful and polite, they all speak really good english, its hard to find that around here The hotel main bar (sibaris) is one of the best in the city, you will have to make reservations previously, is a very sofisticated place to dine in, they have a pretty good selection of wines and sometimes piano players to enjoy some good music while you dine in, and the food is crazy good I have stayed in many hotels in cordoba over the years and this one blows out of the water all 4/5 stars hotels in cordoba, best price and quality hotel to stay in Period

  I booked an executive room for my bother's wedding night as a wedding present and there was an unfortunate misunderstanding with the booking. I contacted the hotel's front desk from Australia (which was at 10pm at night in Cordoba!) with concerns about the room. Renato was incredibly helpful and understanding. He not only upgraded them to a master suit for the inconvenience caused with the booking issue, but also offered them a discount for dinner at the hotel and ensured my brother and his wife were treated like royalty. I'm extremely pleased with their customer service and the room was stunning, clean and comfortable. I wanted to personally thank Renato for his help and for ensuring we get a 5-star treatment and experience. Not all hotels are willing to assist you at 10pm at night and deliver this quality of customer service. We can't wait to stay here in our next visit to Cordoba.

  It is advertised as a 4 star hotel. It barely reaches 3. The only good thing is the breakfast. Bedrooms extremely small, funny smell at the halls. Hot water has no recirculating system so you have to wait extremely long for the hot water to get to your room. The receptionist Renato was kind, but the guys at night were rude, made us wait to open the front door and then made us wait too long to open the room. The room may system is like it use to be in the 80s. Not good at all.

  The hotel is beautiful, it has just about everything you'll need. The AC is old and not working properly, I can see this being an issue during the summer. The food here is amazing but it takes very long time to get your food, I know you're making it fresh but please try to accelerate a little bit. Masks are mandatory upon entrance, I had forgotten my mask and we were checking in on a Sunday, they didn't provide me a mask, he told me where to buy one. If you're making it mandatory also provide it. I think that was rude. Other than that everything is very clean, very nice. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are also very clean I attached a pic. The other pics are from the the downtown near the hotel.

  Had a very good experience the first time around, the followings time,was not good, the morning manager,didn't have the room ready and told me that it will take 2 or 3 hours to have it ready, I had travelled for 17 hours already.... That was too long,.... Then I asked if I can have breakfast...and he had the nerve to tell me that breakfast time was over..and couldn't even make it as a courtesy for someone who's been so tired, hungry and waiting for a Room that supposed to be ready!
