  I rate it with 3 stars because when I called for the first time yesterday and asked for an appointment urgently, they gave it to me yesterday afternoon, the doctor told me to contact me to find out if I can get my ultrasound today or tomorrow. Because I didn't know which of the two days I was going to be able to prepare it. It turns out that now, I have made 37 calls so far this day, and it tells me that my cell phone is cut off (call interrupted) and that the line is off the hook (they leave the off-hook cell phone so that calls do not come in). I really don't know, I don't know when to go to pick up my study and nobody gives me a solution... the girls were divine yesterday and everything but the cell phones don't answer now🥺

  En mi última consulta (y que va a ser la última con esa médica), la Dra. López Costanza actuó de manera capacitista y despreció mi diagnóstico de TEA, siendo que no tiene que ver con su área de práctica. Además, reiteradas veces me pidió el nombre de mi psicóloga y de mi psiquiatra, solo haciendo énfasis en que cambiara de psicóloga, cuando jamás le comenté que me sintiera incómoda con ella, todo lo contrario. No voy a volver a tratarme con una persona que no me da el trato que merezco. Jamás le falté el respeto ni dudé de ella como profesional, mientras que ella sí dudó de las demás profesionales que me atienden. Horrible actitud conmigo y con otros profesionales. No recomiendo que se atiendan con ella, mucho menos si son mujeres TEA porque va a querer desestimarles su diagnóstico.

  Mala predisposición de las secretarias, poca empatía. Me perdieron un estudio me lo volví hacer y pedí si la doctora me lo podía mirar el mismo día que tenía turno un ratito antes y no fueron capaces de consultar con la doctora.

  The attention is unfortunate, you call by phone and it is continuously busy, I make a consultation by text mje to a WhatsApp where they sent me information and they do not answer you, in addition they do not accept orders for a virtual consultation, I have to print the order (I have to worry about me not having a printer at home) and take it printed. In a pandemic they would have sent me to jail for carrying a paper order. Once you arrive at your consultation or shift you are waiting at least 20 minutes to be attended to at the counter and the professionals rarely attend you at the assigned time. They are also super exquisite with social and prepaid works, you have to be checking every time if they attend because of the coverage you have. I would give it a lower score but you can't.
