  The spa is overpriced for what it is. I payed for a spa day for couples and the massage was ok but the wet area was really poor. The water of the pool was kind of cold and with a weird smell, the jacuzzi and the waterfall showers are not working and the Scottish shower either. It am really disappointed.

  All in all, a great experience. We spent a romantic weekend in the middle of January. In summary: Great breakfast. A lot of options. From fruit, to cereals, to eggs and bacon. Pay attention: We were told the breakfast times wrong in reception. Careful about this, the times are different in the weekends. Great room with bay view. Water ran nicely. The fridge was silent. Not so great: the jacuzzis in the rooms worked as tubs. Also not so great: there wasn't even a complimentary water in the room.i understand paying for the minibar stuff, but a bottle of water should be available as a welcome gift in such a hotel. Not so great: they say that they are on an "environmental green" wave, but the ice machine was wasting energy by working empty, 24/7, in a small non ventilated room. We informed this twice in reception, in our 4 day stay it was not fixed. We used the Spa and the massages. Great massages. Great attention. Not so great: the dry sauna was covered in loose hairs. Could be better: there was no jet in the pool that could hit my lower back comfortably. There is a very strong (super strong) jet that hits the upper back, and then there are a bunch of other soft jets to play around. I wasn't able to fill this in the customer's feedback form, because the site kept throwing an error. Not related to the hotel, but to the location: the bay is full of restaurants and it's a great complement for such a stay.

  Nice hotel. Clean facilities and room. Pool area is roomy, & towels are provided. Gym was great. Pool was nice. It needed to be cleaned after a busy day of guest swimming in the pool. No coffee machine in the room. Big disappointment for me. Although, the coffee at breakfast was good. Still, I like making coffee in my room in the morning after I wake up or have a late evening cup of decaf coffee.
