::They fell apart badly!! Years ago we have been buying tents and flags, because of their very good quality. Now we made a request and payment in October, they did not respond again. Later they answered when it occurred to them saying that it was in December. New silence and now they answered that it could be by mid-January. With that posture they are going into a tailspin, they are no longer the ones of before. If you did not insist or consult, they are not capable of calling you and letting you know that they are delayed. I no longer recommend them

::Excellent product, although the quality of the canvas has dropped somewhat, compared to previous years (it is the second tent that I buy from them) the quality is very good and the attention and post-sale excellent. Six months after buying the second tent, a seam opened, I took it under warranty and since I live far away, they not only repaired it free of charge but also sent it to my house a week later. Impeccable!!!
