  Entre las últimas agencias que utilicé esta es la peor. El auto es muy viejo y en muy mal estado. Con más de 100 mil kilómetros. Como si fuera poco me lo entregaron con tanque cargado a 7/8 pero en los papeles figuraba tangue lleno. Hice cien kilómetros y tuve que cargar 22 litros de nafta.

  These guys totally screwed me. I arranged a rental 3 weeks ahead of time and received an email confirming my pickup date and price. Yesterday when I arrived for my car they said it was unavailable. Instead they offered me a small car (I reserved a 4x4 truck) for $1500USD more than the original. Obviously this did not work for me. I was told I would be contacted first thing this morning to look at other options, I never received a call. When I arrived at the rental agency to follow up today I was told there was nothing they could do and that they were sorry but this happens all the time. This rental was for over a month and many other people’s plans were ruined as were my own since this was a group trip and people were coming from overseas to join us. Very unprofessional.
