::We stayed for a week as a family, in apartments suitable for more than 5 people, the standard apartment. The apartment: warm, TV in the living room and in the main room. The bathroom is spacious, with a shower (throughout the entire stay none of the 4 adults were able to regulate to bathe, that's lazy. Either you'd burn or you'd get cold.) Hygiene, as soon as we entered there was a smell of pee. Throughout the stay, the cleaning staff was very lazy, only towards the beds but they did not always shake and sweep them in plain sight, at no time did they use a rag, they did not move the chairs or armchair to sweep since having children leave things behind them armchairs since we found dirt. At no time was there a deep cleaning of the bathroom. The closets all with cobwebs from before. Loose that. The facilities were only half working, the heated indoor pool was colder than hot. The excellent jacuzzi. And the rest had to request that they come to turn it on and they did not always work. The gym, normal. The lazy restaurant. Very loose, dirty floor in the breakfast room. The food is not at all rich. There was not a great variety and what was on the menu there were not many things. Many times we had to eat burnt lunch. The breakfast tableware, the glasses, many of them chipped. Regarding the normal rich breakfast, it lacked more variety but everything was delicious. Compared to other years, this year was very limited. We believe that the quality of the cleaning service and equipment has decreased, The staff very warm and pleasant. Always with a smile and good predisposition. Too bad it has dropped so much. 3 years ago we always chose the apart hotel but this year it was not a good experience at all.
