::Friendly and pleasant in their attention is what gives them an extra score, in addition to being located in a quiet area and quite close to the Carabajal party. The room lacks details and with several "malfunctions" that they never finished fixing, in 4 days there was no cleaning of common spaces. The kitchen had tables and no chairs and there was a lack of them. The family is very gracious but they have not yet developed their full potential for service.

::Very very bad experience. I booked the hotel and suddenly they canceled my reservation and I was left without a place. We were a contingent of 30 people and they scammed us!!!!!
