  Beautiful place, I went with the desire to meet and spend a pleasant night, sadly this was not the case, since I requested a room service, which I paid for in the same room, great was the surprise when they charged me again when I left the account, with the excuse that I did not leave the agreed amount. We made the claims but the administration refused to show us the images of the security camera without giving us the possibility of proving the theft carried out by the cleaning staff.

  The very bad service the receptionist seems to do you the favor of serving you, you have to ask for things 3 times.
