  Excellent, the entrance was super expeditious with the Lounge Key app, the girl at the entrance was super friendly. The lounge is small but according to the airport and with impeccable aesthetics. The quality and variety of gastronomic options are correct.

  I wanted to use the service since my bank had informed me of the benefit and the lady at the entrance... due to her bad information... she told me that it did not correspond to my card... that I check on the web... I proceed to do so and to my surprise if it was appropriate to provide that service. Even another gentleman at the reception helped me and they corroborated it together. It was late. My flight was leaving. Make staff informed please

  I wanted to use the service that is provided with my HSBC bank credit card, the lady at the entrance insisted that it was impossible since my card did not have the benefit, which was wrong, when I could check it, it was already late since I was leaving my flight, a pity that there are people who are not suitable and only repeat the word no, no and no. Zero in hospitality, zero in attention.. A second employee, a man with blue eyes, attended us with kindness, respect and cordiality.

  VIP waiting lounge with excellent attention at reception and service. There is availability of drinks (including wine, beers) and a variety of foods (snacks, sandwiches, etc.) also a cafeteria to highlight. Everything of quality and fresh. To enter it is necessary to use a QR obtained from the LoungeKey App. For Priority Pass membership the card is required (it cannot be with the App). Recommendable.
