  Very pleasant gastronomic experience in El Amasijo. Food that innovates from local ingredients and dishes, and with quality raw materials. Extensive menu and one is left wanting to try everything. However, the wine list is somewhat short. The atmosphere is nice. The prices are adequate. I would go back (I plan to do it these days)

  We had a family dinner and the experience was extremely positive. Excellent atmosphere for a special occasion. For those who visit Santiago, it is the ideal place because there are unique and original dishes. The food combined with regional ingredients was exquisite. I'm glad my hometown has these kinds of culinary options. Highly recommended.

  Excellent gastronomic stronghold that rescues the roots of traditional Santiago cuisine. Its owners, Agustín and Florencia, visit different towns in the provincial interior every week in search of ingredients that are later transformed into the raw material of exquisite fusion dishes. Its flagship product is the charqui empanadas.

  Good, but truly badly attended... it might be just a Santiago del Estero thing, but it made the food irrelevant. The ambience was cute.
