  I like this hotel, is very clean and nit, you can get here very delicious argentinian food, recomended for every one, ask for the Bife the chorizo! Is a delicious piece of meat as you won't be able to get ouside of this country

  Staff elevator opened and shut all night long next to our room, breakfast was really bad, not a good experience

  Luxureous in outside appearance but terrible place. Staff doesn’t speak english and the hotel restaurant is horrible. While dining there and eating their very mediocre tasteless food the waiters were standing in the middle of the restaurant watching soccer loudly on tv.. service was also rude. The real disaster was actually when we wanted to check out. After breakfast we went back to our room at 9:40 only to find out we already been locked out, even though official checkout time is 10:00. The housekeeping let us in again but the alarm went off when we tried to turn out the lights. After all the commotion we found out they also had us pay extra taxes upon checking out which we didnt had to pay as foreign tourists. Ofcourse making this clear to them in english was a mission impossible so the checkout process took 45 minutes. They didnt even compensate in any way by giving for example our mini bar tap for free (which was a 2 dollars) as a gesture of good will... Avoid this place as a tourist at every cost!

  The hotel seemed well maintained in general, except for the mold/mildew in the bathroom (bathtub, grout and toilet), reason why my rating is not 4 stars. The front desk staff was really nice; wish I could say the same about the restaurant waiter. Both the bar and restaurant were missing many menu items too. The hotel is well located, provided you have a car, and it's a great place to host events. Unfortunately we had rainy weather, otherwise we would have played tennis, since they provide you with complimentary racquets!

  We were driving from Chile to Uruguay and booked this place online. It was great! The best hotel in our 6 days of driving. Clean and well lit lobby, good food choices and very comfy beds.
