  They say they went through the address but the address is invalid. Having between streets, reference, email, telephone. Year 2022 and not a bit of will with the amount of media there is. 32 minutes waiting for someone to answer the attached number. I wish Andreani would read the number of claims he has and realize that those who work there don't care about their job. Or they simply already know that they handle themselves that way so that one has to do their job for them. A DISASTER!

  Unfortunately, there are already several times that I find myself with terrible attention from one of the employees where a client is just a tracking number. Any inconvenience that arises with the parcels (property of the client) they do not manage to help or unlock problems that have to do with their organization methods, even if that package is in their warehouses (they say they cannot find it 🤷🏻‍♀️) I request training courses for employees on forms of customer service to meet operational demands and at the same time, as in other companies but first line, humanized treatment. Finally, also, care of the merchandise, I repeat: property of the client.
