  Terrible service, my package was not delivered at home, they return it to Jujuy Capit. because they assumed it was for mza (in other provinces there are streets named after provinces) -clear irony-. Possible mistake of the guy who attends, a collapsed office for a single person. Very dissatisfied.

  A disaster! They don't answer the phone, I'm waiting for a super important package in General Alvear and they never brought it, it stayed in San Rafael and they marked as if there was no one at the address (street that DOES NOT exist in San Rafael), when there was and it was something which was urgently required. It should be noted that Andreani's service in general was lousy, they neither answer the 0800 nor do they answer the emails with the claims.

  Customer service is a disaster, it is the worst I have experienced as an entrepreneur and customer. Weeks go by without being able to communicate with branch managers, they lose shipments and compensation takes months, many never get paid. People's attention sucks.

  Terrible service and not to mention the attention...... the truth is unfortunate that they have people with such little empathy working in customer service, mainly with older people. My mother (as a last option and not for pleasure) had q go to pick up a shipment and they treated her Terribly, with a very bad manner and they couldn't give her a solution.... she wanted to make a shipment and couldn't, she ended up sending it by Argentine mail, cheaper, faster and with very good attention. ..that's why I rate it with only one star, because you can't put 0....I hope they can change!
