  They have to deliver an order from Samsung that arrived at the branch on 10/28, today 11/4 they still haven't delivered it to me, impossible to communicate with this company. It is an example of how a logistics company should NOT work.

  Terrible service, I paid to have my order brought to my door because I can't move from here and I received two emails saying that it had happened when it didn't because I was here all the time waiting for them, with the door open with a giant sign that says where the doorbell is. I'm not going to ask for it back.

  I am waiting for a package that tells me that it is in June and it never arrives, I keep waiting because the truth is that they do not attend, they do not provide detailed information to know if the order is going to arrive or not. And incidentally a few months ago I had bought something and they came with bad vibes and gave me anything. They don't have a contact number and you have to wait like a nobody.

  TODAY, WEDNESDAY, APRIL 20, 2022, A TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE ANDREANI EMPLOYEE CAME TO MY BUILDING AND GAVE MY ORDER TO ANYONE WHO OPENED THE DOOR. AT ANDREANI'S OFFICE, NO ONE ANSWERED MY PHONE!!!!! AND THE EMPLOYEE CALLED HIM AND THEY DON'T ATTEND ME TO ME. THEY ARE A REAL DISASTER!!!! THEIR EMPLOYEE IS ALWAYS IN A HURRY AND IN A BAD WAVE. THEY SHOULD CUT HIM OUT!!!!!
