I prefer to be told that they are not going to deliver the order directly to me and that I have to pick it up on my own than to spend all day waiting for someone who is not even going to try to work. In addition, when making the claim to the company number, they do not give me answers and tell me to keep waiting, which was useless since two hours after waiting for the delivery man, the order information is updated saying that he had passed by my house and that nobody attended him, just at the time in which the supposed delivery man that I saw, had passed.

::Son una paja atómica. 2 personas y a veces 1 para atender. En época de COVID y frío dejan juntando gente. Cada persona les lleva 25 min. Parace q quieren juntar gente en la fila para los q pasan digan: q bueno!!!! Se debe comer bien ahí !!! No sé!!! No entiendo.!!! Ya vine 3 veces y son una paja mortal .

::Hay mucha fila porque por pueden entrar solo 2 o 3 personas. La atención suele ser rápida y amable. Para ganar tiempo tener el DNI, el celular con el mail y el número de envío, es lo que te van a pedir.
