  Terrible service! They had to go to pick up a product, not only did they not go through, but they told me that they went through and no one answered the doorbell. I want to communicate with a representative and nobody answers you! Shame give!

  The attention is terrible. On October 11, Andreani sent me some plants from Bariloche. To this day, October 16, there is still the only action on the page of the 11th where it says that the shipment is on its way to the branch. I got tired of calling 0800 they never answered, I communicated through social networks and got no answer. In the San Nicolás branch they always serve you in the worst way, they are not empathetic or have any intention of helping to find the delayed packages. I do not know in what state the plants will arrive and I hold them responsible for the delay and lack of communication about the shipments. Another separate issue deserves the manager of the branch who, more than honoring the company, does everything possible not to help or solve the concerns of customer consumers. Hopefully something will change in the future.

  Horrible attention, it's like they're there out of obligation, everyone has a **** face and on top of that they ask you what you bought..., they don't have to ask that at all. I also received a dented and broken box at one of its ends and they don't even give you any explanation. Every time I have to go there to pick something up, I don't really feel like it.
