  Branch service is usually very good (depending on who is sitting behind the counter). Nadia takes excellent care of you and is very kind and neat with the envelopes. I always send letters with the simple delivery service and everything arrives in good condition. Postmen are another story. There are those who are very responsible and careful about health protocols, and those who tell you that "they don't wear a mask because they are on the street." Luckily those are the fewest.
