  It is very far from the center or from the busiest places, to pick up a parcel, it is in the opposite direction. The people who serve are very slow, so many people are not allowed inside the premises, so a long line is formed where the clients are under the sunbeam waiting for the slow employees. Not all of them are trained to give practical solutions at the moment, but they make you wait and wait when someone has a problem because they start to cross the whole chain of command without any solution. And they stingy the complaint book, it doesn't matter if you asked for it 25 times, they don't want to give it. When it's a home delivery and you wait for it all day, then it appears as "they went by and didn't find anyone" and they discuss it with you despite the fact that one of them didn't move from the house.
