  Efficient service. Huge infrastructure in a giant building, but totally lacking in comfort for customers. The long queues every day deserve services that make the wait more pleasant.

  Bad attention!!! A shame. The 0800 is never available, instead of speeding up the procedures they do the opposite. I made an order and they didn't notify me when it arrived, they returned it claiming they couldn't find the address. embarrassing!!

  Lousy attention. I went to withdraw debit cards for which the distributor had called me because I was not at home, and that I had to look for them at the branch. That same afternoon the receptionist who attended me told me that he was going to try to "rescue" them since they had to be "returned". Finally he delivered them, but with demands in between. They don't have a landline phone, they make people wait outside the door, and the staff seem to change quite often. Deplorable.
