::My experience was more or less the same as everyone else, it was terrible. I had to go to the store because supposedly they stopped by my home to drop off the shipment and there was no one totally false, the worst thing is that I am very close to this San Miguel branch, on top of that they have more ➕ than 🔟 vans to make deliveries. In the end I missed half the morning to be able to pick up the shipment. The truth is that they are a disaster and it is not just this branch, the same thing happened to me when I lived in another town.

I have been receiving different shipments for 2 months (a total of 6 orders) and this last one was not delivered because they supposedly did not find the address (in the follow-up it appears that they passed). Why do they waste time and money by not wanting to do the work? Why don't they call the customer if they don't want to deliver the product and I'll pick it up? They should take responsibility for the error and deliver the order to me (I'm going to look for it at the branch), since it has been in the process of being returned since Saturday the 11th.
