  In the last 3 years I had to personally pick up 100% of the orders (35km away). They never take them to my home in Alta Gracia and that I have been waiting for them the entire day of the delivery. Many of my shipments are derived from DHL, so they too are bad for the lousy service. I have canceled purchases from MercadoLibre when I saw that the seller was going to send them through Andreani because he was not willing to travel to collect personally.

  They are nefarious... I was at home sitting next to the door all afternoon waiting for the order to be delivered, and like the other 4 previous times so far in 2022, they said that they did not find me and that I should go to the branch (40km) to pick it up ... It's a nice job to collect shipments that they don't make, and then we have to spend our time and money to go and, in addition to the above, they treat you badly and they can't respond to your complaints... If I could give them 0 stars I would.

  Andreani just lie. They do not deliver or even try to. Their whole strategy is to get you to travel 100's of kilometer to pick up a package they have been paid to deliver. If you do not travel to collect your package it just dissapears they give it to their friends.
