  Oficina de Anses en esta sucursal, no presta antecion con pripridad a adultos mayores, ni tampoco a personas con movilidad reducida. Solicité atención prioritaria en la ventanilla de Anses atendida por el Sr. Franco Allegrini y el mismo se negó haciéndonos hacer la fila, adicional su servicio se limitó a una atención primaria sin habilidades y aptitudes de Servicio de Atención al Cliente para el cuál debió ser preparado.

  The truth is that a disaster!!!... I don't understand how to enter having to lose at least 2 hours, to that add that once inside a few more hours so that they attend to you. ..A REAL LACK OF RESPECT!!!

  The attention to all retirees is extremely bad. The policeman appears to be the owner of the Nation Bank. And all retirees also pay their salary with municipal services and ATM. He would have to know that he too can become an older adult and they will not like being treated that way. They should study psychology. 😡

  Hello this morning I went to this branch. There is no staff to advise you on the machine to take turns therefore people drew up to 10 numbers of different letters ... a disaster. All the people ended up asking the police who informed you well as the policewoman who told me because there was no one to turn to. After getting the correct number there were 3 boxes with 3 young people to serve 200 people ... crazy ... Oh ... and the role of the police is another ... !!! To the Bank Manager put personnel and that the police do only their work.
