It is about 2 kilometers from the center of the city. It is a very quiet place. The neighborhood is peaceful and is a few meters from the Teachers Institute. A line of buses passes 100 meters.

  Very good facilities, comfortable and well equipped apartment, with covered garage. There is no constant attention, arrival must be coordinated and the owner gives a key.
