  Very bad shift organization. I had a shift at 3:30 p.m. It is 5:35 p.m. More than 2 hours have passed and they still haven't called me. They attend a shift and an overturn and exchange. There are more than 15 women waiting in a very small place ... They have to change the organization of the place, terrible.
