  Yesterday 12/2/21 I had an appointment at 4:40 p.m. with Dr. Casini, I showed up at 4:30 p.m., the secretary told me to wait outside for the capacity and that they would call me, wait until 5:30 p.m. and leave, they did not attend to me.
