  I asked for a reservation by phone explaining that I was going to arrive at dawn. The next day I called to have the reservation confirmed and asked if we could enter at dawn and they told me that the reservation was confirmed and that there were no problems entering at dawn. But when we went to the hotel, at dawn, as we had arranged to meet on the phone, the watchman told me that they had not left any reservation. So despite making a reservation and then calling to confirm if it was made, we were literally left on the street ...
