::The bank is very good but it is unacceptable not to be served by phone. I have been trying to communicate since 10 o'clock this morning and I only hear the little music on the phone, advertisements and the voice of "All our operators find a call in progress ...". That undoubtedly pulls down the grades. It is shameful that they do not attend to people. And at the branch it takes no less than 45-50 minutes to be taken care of since they have only one person at the reception desk and you have to stop by yes or yes to be taken care of.
