  This meal was in my top 3 things for our trip to Mendoza. My husband and I love to do preset menus. We did the 7 course meal with wine pairing, and it did not disappoint! The entire experience was top notch! The atmosphere and vibe were so chic and welcoming. The sommelier matched each wine perfectly to the dish! And our server was so great! A 7 course meal can seem daunting, but the timing was done so well! A big shout out to Adrion, Maurveia, Sam and Sebastian for a great experience!

  Had the four course menu with wine pairing. Wow disappointed. Main courses: trout and pasta unacceptably bad neither of us finished the course. Dessert average: grape and rice. Starters: pawns quite good, goat very chewy. Flights of wine: I was given four or five white wine wines, I get they might have paired better than reds but frankly none of them were good. Verdict: average to poor food, I should have ordered a bottle of wine. Note the intro sparkling wine was good. (FYI, I'm a foreigner who has traveled many wine regions, indifferent to the price, but something has gone wrong considering all the great reviews. Comparitively lunch at Fogon at Lagarde was a fabulous experience).

  Just come back from an absolutely superb meal at the Azafran Restaurant. We had the Valentine's Day menu, which included an appropriate and different wine for each course. I can not praise the restaurant highly enough, we have been travelling through South America for 4 weeks so far, and this is by far the best meal we have had.
