  8/1/2022 - Terrible attention. Online shift is requested and when you finally manage to enter the branch you have to take a new shift. Excessive delay. The problem is the branch and not the bank. Update- security apparently is a friend of all of Santiago, people pass by without shift

  ningun cajero para hacer deposito funcionaba bien, horas de espera...tendrian que tener mantenimiento constantemente

  The attention of the branch is bad, the ineffectiveness of the employees has no name, both the administrative and the security ones, they do not respect the shifts that they themselves demand and grant through the web to carry out the procedures that one has to do in the entity. It is not the first time that this branch has mishandled both customers and service. They will be denounced in the corresponding place so that they can take action on the matter.

  Terrible experience. Terrible attention. Lousy organization. I am a 74-year-old person, I requested the shift online. I went on my schedule, and the gate guard pointed me to a queue half a block long in full sun. I insisted that I had a turn granted, but, very rudely, he pointed to the row, and told me "everyone queues, with a turn and without a turn, it's the same." I am not in a position to be waiting in full sun, so I returned without being able to do the paperwork.
