  Good service but waiting times could be improved. They take a long time to attend between client and client. The work dynamic should be more agile. As for the door guard, he makes you fill out a form with the data and sign it, which seemed unhygienic to me in the midst of a pandemic to touch the paper and pen used by each person who enters.

  I started a simple and quick process to solve (proposed by them). But TWO AND A HALF MONTHS passed... and it was never finished. I was attended to by one from the first floor (F.M), he never attended me properly, repeating questions and excuses... he never apologized or seemed to care. He blamed the managers for the delay... Not at all advisable, they made me waste my time.
