  Excellent attention always. They solved my problems and were very attentive (both at reception, commercial and cashier) on all occasions that I had to go.

  Since November of last year I have a problem in my account and to date I cannot solve it. I ask to speak to the manager and am denied by the reps. They have even told me that there is no manager. Q does not go to that branch. A disaster! I have changed banks!
