  As for the different services it offers, they are identical to all Banco Ciudad. The big problem when I went is that there was only one box enabled and although there were not many people waiting, the waiting time was excessive. It took me 30 minutes to wait to be seen when there was only one person in front of me in line.

  It is a very bad branch. Those who attend have no idea what they do, NEVER ATTEND THE PHONE. You do not quote the advance of the loans so you have no idea how much you have to collect. THEY DON'T GIVE YOU INFORMATION AND BICYCLE. They are the worst that exists. The manager is very nice, but I don't see him doing anything to make something change. A DISASTER.
